Artist Elia Alba and NYFA conducted a Supper Club that kicked off an intensive, multi-day professional development opportunity for artists of color entitled “Artist as Entrepreneur Boot Camp for Artists of Color.” The artists discussed racialization in the workplace and art institutions and strategized on ways to create supportive and sustainable environments for one another.
