Proyecto Paladar was a food-related art performance and installation outfitted in shipping containers that toured various international locations. Ten top New York City chefs traveled with the project and matched with ten local chefs to collaborate on the creation, purveying and serving of a unique menu, with each duo responsible for a single day. Visiting participants were paired with locals to share a meal in an exchange that promotes shared understanding through a culinary framework.
